In order to Accredit as Registrar with NA-NiC you must download the attached Agreement, execute it by signing the last page and initialing each page in black ink and with two witnesses doing same, and convey an original or a copy to the address listed thereon.
You are of course welcome to suggest changes to the Agreement prior to executing it.
Most Registrars will use or Register's web interface, however if you wish to make use of the Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP), you must already be accredited with ICANN, CoCCA or another large Register using EPP, or you would have to undergo stringent checks.
Eventually you will have to enter into a (lightweight) technical Agreement with the Register Operator, Omadhina Internet Services (cc).
Annual Accreditation Fees are the equivalent of two (2) Registrations within .com.NA® and will be credited against actual Registrations so that this exercise is cost neutral.
